Alumni As alumni of the American Youth Philharmonic Orchestras (AYPO) and its predecessor, the Northern Virginia Youth Symphony Association, we welcome you to re-discover the people, programs, and performances that make AYPO one of the premier youth orchestras in the nation! Take a moment to remember and reminisce about the excitement and pride you felt performing with or listening to this fine youth orchestra. As alumni and parents of alumni, we welcome and encourage you to re-connect with AYPO! Let us know where you are & what you are doing! Graduates of AYPO's programs constitute some of the most accomplished and multi-talented students from the Washington metropolitan region and now they can be found all over this nation and the globe. Send us an update of your goals, accomplishments, and fondest memories of AYPO! We will post the information on the "Where are they now?" section of the website, where it will inspire current AYPO musicians, and include it in our newsletter Vivace!
