We do not associate this general information that we collect with any personal information and we do not otherwise monitor this information on an individual basis. Personal Information: AYPO collects personal information when you make a purchase or a contribution, become a member of the orchestras, request information on our products and services, participate in a promotion or an online survey, contact AYPO with a question or suggestion, apply for employment with AYPO, and when you attend special events. If you purchase tickets, purchase merchandise, or make a donation online, your credit card is encrypted using current secure communication technologies. Your credit card number will only be used for processing orders. Your order information will be stored on our secure servers, but this information is never shared with third parties. We restrict access to customer financial information for use by authorized AYPO employees only.

Member Login: Members of AYPO are assigned usernames and passwords every season, and are only allowed access for the current season. Passwords are kept confidential and will not allow access to payment information such as credit card numbers, etc. If you have trouble signing into your account, please email us.
