Announcement: Tuition Increase for 2025-2026
AYPO is able to offer a number of scholarships, as well as financial aid on a need-based assessment. This support comes from grants and the AYPO Endowment, which is always eager to receive new benefactions in order that we may expand those for whom we can give support.
Financial aid applications for the 25-26 season will be reviewed on a rolling basis through the start of the season by the financial aid committee. The deadline to submit is September 1, 2025.
Please submit your completed financial aid application using the submission section at the bottom of this form.

* Tuition includes a welcome package of a t-shirt (if requested) and four (4) tickets to every regular orchestra concert during the season, and a professional recording for each concert. For tuition questions please reach out to tuition@aypo.org.
Percussionists: All percussionists will be required to pay an instrument use fee, $200 for entire season, in addition to tuition. This fee helps support the maintenance, repair, and replacement of the wide range of instruments and equipment used throughout the season. Unlike many other sections, percussionists rely on shared, large-scale, and often specialized instruments that require regular upkeep to remain in excellent playing condition. The instrument use fee also helps cover the costs associated with transporting and storing equipment, as well as ensuring that all players have access to high-quality instruments during rehearsals and performances.
Sibling Discount: AYPO offers a fixed sibling discount of $100 for families with 2 children in the program and $150 for families with 3 or more children in the program. The discount will be applied to the highest tuition figure, as applicable.
Financial Aid: Need-based aid for partial and full tuition is available for the season. Once an application is submitted no tuition or payments are due until a financial aid decision is made, families will be contacted via email. Please fill out the application below or if you prefer to email the form click here. Financial aid applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis through the start of the season by the financial aid committee. Financial aid applications cannot be submitted after December.
